7. Retention Periods and Procedure for Destruction of Personal Data
7.1. Personal data received via feedback forms is stored until the purposes of its processing are achieved or until the User withdraws consent, but no longer than 5 (five) years from the date of the last interaction.
7.2. Data collected using web analytics services (Yandex.Metrica) is processed in accordance with the policy of YANDEX LLC.
7.3. Destruction of personal data is carried out upon achievement of processing purposes or in case of loss of the need for their processing. Destruction of data collected by Yandex.Metrica is carried out by automatic deletion from electronic media.
8. Measures to Protect Personal Data
The Operator takes necessary organizational and technical measures to protect personal data from unlawful or accidental access, destruction, alteration, blocking, copying, distribution, as well as from other unlawful actions of third parties.
9. Rights of Users
9.1. The User has the right to receive information concerning the processing of their personal data in accordance with Article 14 of 152-FZ.
9.2. The User may withdraw their consent to the processing of personal data by sending a written request to the email address info@vks-sadovod.ru or to the Operator's legal address.
10. Changes to the Privacy Policy
